We agree the goal, the real constraint and how success will be measured.
Your involvement: One workshop with decision-makers.
Output: Problem statement and KPIs

Design
We build the plan: what to do, what to stop, and in what order.
Your involvement: Review sessions on the draft plan.
Output: 90-day plan or roadmap

Deploy
We execute with your team, ours, or the vendors you already use.
Your involvement: Weekly check-ins.
Output: Shipped changes

We don't recommend anything until we understand the constraint. The Growth Audit is the formal version of this step.

About working together.
How much of our time does it need?
Most of the effort is ours. Expect a few hours a week from the main decision-maker during Diagnose and Define, less afterwards.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Mostly remotely, with on-site workshops where they help.
How do you report progress?
A short written update every two weeks and a review meeting each month.
