Free consultations

The first 30-minute call is free. Please let us know if you can't make it so we can offer the time to someone else.

Strategy Sessions

• Reschedule free of charge up to [24 hours] before the session.
• Cancel more than [48 hours] before the session for a full refund.
• Cancellations within [48 hours] can be moved to a new date once.

Growth Audits

• Cancel before the kick-off call for a full refund.
• After kick-off, work completed is non-refundable; we'll deliver findings to date.
• The audit fee is credited against a follow-on engagement signed within [60 days] of the walkthrough.

Projects and retainers

Governed by the engagement agreement, including notice periods and payment for work completed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7–10 business days]. Bank processing times may add a few days.
